Device Information
The Device information group in the device settings shows what the app knows about your monitor. You can't change these values; the app fills them in from the Philips Avent cloud.
- Model: the family your monitor belongs to: SCD973 / SCD923 / SCD921, SCD951 / SCD953 or SenseIQ. The cloud only reports the family, not the exact model. See Supported monitors for what the family means for your monitor. A monitor the app doesn't know shows Unknown model.
- Product id: the id the cloud reports for the monitor's family.
- Firmware: the monitor's firmware version, and the version of its base firmware.
Mention the model, product id and firmware when you report a problem.
Locating the Settings
- Open the Homey Mobile App or Homey Web App.
- Navigate to Devices and select your baby monitor.
- Open the device settings:
- Mobile App: Tap the gear icon → Advanced Settings
- Web App: Click the gear icon and scroll to Advanced Settings
- Find the Device information group.
